Summer Recreation will run from July 1 - August 9, from 9AM - 4PM.

Registration Dates at Mertensia Road Lodge

Please have one registration form per child plus their immunizations

May 14 and 15, 5:30-7:00 PM Farmington Residents

May 16,  5:30-7:00  PM Open Registration

*  A valid ID will be needed to pick up your child from recreation.  We will include an authorized persons sheet for anyone that you deem able to pick up your child.  Authorized persons sheet

* Campers that ride or walk to recreation must have written permission in order to leave recreation prior to 4:00 PM.  Pernission Slip
