MERTENSIA PARK LODGE Mertensia Park - 1438 Mertensia Rd Lodge Hours: 8am - 10pm Please call the Town Clerk's office to reserve your 2024 date. (315) 986-8100 option #1. *2025 dates will be accepted on January 2nd, 2025 for Farmington Residents, and February 3rd, 2025 for NON-Farmington Residents. The Mertensia Lodge fees are $150.00 per day for residents and $250.00 per day for non-residents and business use. This is due 1 week from calling to make your reservation. (For canceled events, we must have it in writting. We also retain a 20% canceling fee). An additional $100 refundable key deposit is due at the time of the key pick up. This is refunded with-in 1 month after the event, as long as the key is returned and the lodge is left in good order. A check will be mailed to you. *ONLY ONE RESERVATION IS MADE PER DAY. You can only go in the lodge on the day of your event from 8am - 10pm. *Please note that our online calendar is updated on a weekly basis, and so our dates may be subject to change. Unfortunately, most of our weekends are booked for Mertensia Lodge for Summer 2024. **NO tape, nails, pushpins etc on the walls of the lodge. NO Alcohol on premises.
